VidyaMetrix is a multi-tenant school management platform — attendance, classes, student & parent portals, teacher tools, and built-in video calls. This site helps you get around the live demo.
Overview
VidyaMetrix runs two fully-seeded demo schools so you can explore every role without any setup. It is multi-tenant: which school and data you see is decided by the account you log in with — not by the URL. So you sign in at the same place regardless of school.

Quick start
1. Open the app
Go to vidyametrix.com.
2. Sign in with a demo account
Pick any account from Demo logins below. Every seeded account uses the shared password Demo@123.
3. Explore by role
Log in as a teacher to take attendance and manage classes, as a parent to follow a child’s progress, or as a student to see the class view. Log out and back in with a different account to switch roles or schools.

student.vidyametrix.com and demo-school-a/b.vidyametrix.com all open the same app. Use them as friendly bookmarks; the data you see still depends on who you log in as.Video calls
VidyaMetrix includes 1:1 voice and video calling directly in the browser. Calls are brokered by a dedicated signalling server at peer.vidyametrix.com; media then flows peer-to-peer. Nothing to install — just allow camera/microphone access when prompted.
To try it, sign in as two different users (for example a teacher and a parent) in two browsers or an incognito window, and start a call.
ERP module
The ERP at erp.vidyametrix.com covers back-office operations: employees, students, parents, attendance, marks and fees. It auto-seeds its own demo data on boot.
Primary admin: admin@vidyametrix.com. (Demo credential — rotate before any real use.)

FAQ
Do different schools have different URLs?
No. Log in with an account belonging to that school — the app shows the right data automatically.
The demo data looks changed. Did I break something?
No. Seeding is idempotent and managed server-side; the demo stays usable for the next visitor.
Camera/mic won’t work on a call.
Allow camera & microphone permission in your browser, and make sure you’re on https:// (required for media access).
